Hi Lincroft, nice to hear from you again.In relation to being “heavy handed” up here, it would appear the Lothian Council Tax Assessors are quite heavy handed with members of the public.This is a quote we took from the Lothian Assessors own website showing how they felt about members of the public using false information eg."If you knowingly supply false information you could liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale (£1000) or both."Cheers, Glen and Co.1
