Hello - I plan to sell my studio flat (approx 287 sq ft - but TBC) located in London (West kensington). Do mortgage providers lend on flats less than 30 Sq ft?

Some do in London. It has to be a really desirable area. Might be worth you advising any buyer to go to a broker to ensure the lender will lend.SXX said:Hello - I plan to sell my studio flat (approx 287 sq ft - but TBC) located in London (West kensington). @sxx Not all lenders will consider but plenty of high street lenders will. As long as there aren't any other complicating factors in the block/flat/lease, it shouldn't be too much of a hassle to get a mortgage.SXX said:Hello - I plan to sell my studio flat (approx 287 sq ft - but TBC) located in London (West kensington). Thanks for the feedback. It is a very good flat (even if I say so myself). Very good location; good condition; long lease and no complicating factors in the block. I am hopeful that lenders will take these things into account. And I see a fair few small flats in being advertised in the surrounding areas - and I assume these sell. But no doubt time will tell.0
