Been trying to contact Shell feedintariffs for 3 days now with no response by phone or email regarding the fact that i have had to replace my generation meter.
Finally got a DM through on Twitter and the response was this
"So i have been in contact with the FIT's team today and they have said they dont have phone functionality at the moment and they're email is currently unavailable. And advised they will be available from June."

So this is a moan, rather than a question? You have the option to change your FIT provider if you are not satisfied with your existing one.Reed0

Thank goodness I never had to deal with Shell customer service. That's appalling.
No phone, no email? Don't they have a set of standards they must conform to for CS?1 -
Shell are atrocious at customer care. Even complaining to Ofgem has no effect because they don’t know how to do their jobs. A smart meter that they installed and worked for both them and Pure Planet (went bust) stopped working when I was moved back to them as supplier of last resort. Moved to Octopus and the meter was readable by them and prices updated within hours. Thank which ever deity you like that I didn’t go for their miserly SEG rate when I was with them.8 x Jinko Tiger Neo 54c 415W, Huawei 3k L1 HV ph Hybrid inverter and 2 x 5kWh LUNA batteries on 15° roof facing SW on the southern edge of Bristol.0
