Portable music player recommendations

I'm looking for a portable music player, with the following features, if anyone can recommend anything:

Portable (obviously)
Bluetooth for headphones, but also has jack output if possible
Plays WAVs / lossless / other formats, besides MP3s
Decent battery life (or chargeable via USB)

Can anyone recommend anything matching the above?
