Nationwide valuation received but no message?

Hi any advice on this please.
i have has a text from Nationwide that valuation is on the 3rd may. Same day received text valuation received. Since then I haven’t heard anything from NW. I asked my MA yesterday and he checked in with NW and valuation came at the same price.

I still haven’t had a message or text from Nationwide to confirm this.
does it happen that you won’t get a message from NW but the MA can see it?

To be honest I think there are issues with NW text service, I got the text end of April saying application submitted… nothing since, although broker has chased them and the valuation was carried out this week in person. Didn’t get a text to say valuation instructed or submitted.1

No problem, mine went in on the 23/04, I’ve heard nothing back from NW about the valuation and I’m on the 3rd day since it was done now… gonna contact the broker today to see if there is an update.0

Submitted full app on the 27/04. Valuation done on the 03/05 had a text valuation receive same day. Since then no update or text. MA on 09/04 said Valuation came back fine. NW has requested further documents (savings account statement) MA uploaded it yesterday. Let’s see how it goes.

@summerb64 have you had any hard check on your credit score yet? I cant see any hard check on my credit score. Only two soft checks on the day when DIP was on referrerd and got accepted on 27/04 . And another soft check on the 03/05 which was the day of the valuation.0

I had a hard search on the day after the application, as well as a soft search. Nothing since!1
