graduated retirement benefit

When calculating my wife's 60% of my pension, is graduated retirement benefit taken into account or is it only my basic state pension?

Assuming you are both pre 2016 retirees the 60% is of the basic pension. The additional pension is only taken into account after death. A full Cat B pension should be £93.60 for 23-24.
