Hi all - typical mortgage applicant fretting and worrying, needing morale support and some answers to basic/daft questions… so apologies!
Does anyone have any recent experience with applications to Kensington? Applied with them through a broker due to adverse credit history.
1. Do they instruct a valuation immediately or is it only instructed once they’ve reviewed and are happy with the application?
2. How quickly do they tend to come back and ask for additional documents or questions? I know their website states 9 working days from app to offer but if you’ve not heard anything is “no news, good news”?
Of course asked my broker these questions as well but my impatience drives me here also 😂
