A while back googled for a coronation chicken recipe and made one that sounded good but it turned out to be amazing... Mrs said she was going to put it in her book of great recipes and obviously forgot to.

Trying to find it again and can't :(

I remember it started with poaching the chicken with aromatics... I know it had flaked almonds and fairly sure dried apricots in the mix. Plus I remember it being from a site that I wouldnt normally go to (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Oliver James or something) rather than my regular choices.

The closest I can find is one on the Guardian website but it uses just yoghurt whereas this one certainly had mayo

Ring a bell to anyone?

It looks very similar to the Guardian one... with hindsight I think it was the Guardian as they have two identical recipes other than in one it explicitly says "For Mayo (or use 200ml of ready made)" whereas the other one I found first just has the eggs, oil etc in the list of ingredients and I didn't spot it was simply saying to make your own.

    Thanks for your suggest though!
