Mortgage application valuation done

Hi I hope here is someone who can give me some advice or had a similar experience or just help.

First went with a broker who ‘promised a lot if things’

so I have two jobs one is a permanent any Full time contract employed since 1.10.22 and one percent  part time contact since April 2019.

Februar Got a DIP with Nationwide made application with Nationwide through broker beginning of march. Had hard search and application was declined because of sustainability says the broker as the lender wasn’t sure about me working for two jobs for the lending time, which according to the broker wasn’t a good reason so he appealed. Got declined again.
Beginning April made an application with Halifax as broker said he’s spoken to the lender and everything makes sense and we should try. Hard search done on the same day. Three days later got declined again according to the broker. Really frustrating situation as I now have 2 hard searches on my credit score within a month credit score down to 466 but no missed payment or nothing everything looks good apart from the hard searches.

spoke with the buyer as this was really frustrating and they offered me to speak to their mortgage advisor helpline. Spoke to the MA explained everything and MA did not really understand why application has been declined. Made some research and said it be because I haven’t worked in my full time
job for over six month when I applied for nationwide ( time of application was about 5 months)  MA spoke to Nationwide again explained everything and asked if it would make sense to apply again as we don’t want to waste time. NW said yes. Made application on 24.04 for DIP.. DIP was on referred. Soft search from NW. And three days later DIP was accepted on the 27.04.
Made full application with the new MA on the 27.04.

Next day 28.04 got a text Valuation has been booked for 03.05 which was yesterday.
got A text yesterday valuation report received and will be reviewed.

today 04.05 I have had a soft search from NW again saying ‘subsequent credit search’

What do you all thing? Haven’t had a hard search since the new application. Should I be worried or is it a good sign? Did anyone had a similar experience 🙈.

Would really appreciate anything of advice as I haven’t slept for the past 2 months.
