In order to enter the competition, the entrant must enter via the instructions on the Competition Page and agrees to have their data held by both MARQUIS LEISURE/AVTEX in accordance with the communication preferences selected.

The winner will be notified of their success by MARQUIS LEISURE ONLY by email.

The competition prize is a 27'' Avtex Smart TV and does not include any other accessories or any other related products.

The winner must redeem their prize in person and in-store at one of Marquis Leisure's 13 dealerships.

The winner must redeem their prize within 4 months of the date from which they were notified that they were the winner. 

There will be no refunds or exchanges available after the prize has been redeemed for any reason.

No cash alternative is available.

The winner agrees to provide MARQUIS LEISURE/AVTEX with a picture of them with their prize on collection. The winner agrees that MARQUIS LEISURE/AVTEX can, at their discretion, use this picture and the winners name on a 'winners post' on Facebook and Instagram of MARQUIS LEISURE/AVTEX and the news section page of www.marquisleisure.co.uk and as part of any other wider marketing activity as deemed appropriate.

Only one entry per person. 

All entrants must be aged 18 or over and be a UK resident. Delivery charges may apply.

Employees of MARQUIS LEISURE & associated group companies are not eligible to win any competitions.

The Director’s decision is final and unchallengeable. The Director can at his/her discretion declare a competition void without providing a reason.
