New format for Create Post

Ok, I'm getting frustrated, but does anyone have a step by step method for creating a clickable link when adding a URL to a post? When I past a link the system says that it is a link, it looks like a link and when I click on it within the Create Post I get options one of which links to the URL in a separate page. However, when saving the Post, all that you see is a non-clickable URL text. Some of the options in the Create Post are Display as Text, Rich Link or Card, none of which save as a clickable link. (and what do they mean by Card? That just gets me 'Invalid CRSF token. Please try again.')

Oh, carp, figured out that if you just paste in text that is not a URL, then select it, you can then choose to Format as a Link and paste in the URL. However, putting in the URL first then means that you can't Format as Link, cos it thinks it already is a Link.

One-Eye has pointed out that if you paste a URL, select it, then select the bar on the left in the options which says Display as Text, the URL will be displayed as a clickable link (and NOT as Text). Is it me, but is seemed to be a lot more obvious before. By the way, a shortcut to displaying in Bold is select your text and press Ctrl+b (Ctrl+i for Italics)

I was going to do a more detailed guide than the one I posted in your comp, but then realised that the new editor had been suspended about 20 minutes ago:

The new editor is the one currently supported by our provider, and we did what we could to make sure it would work as expected before changing, but it's clear there have been some issues beyond what we expected. 

I had intended to do a full guide over the coming weekend when I had learned all the intricacies myself and had the time to create all the screenshots etc.

We will see what happens in the near future.
