    That's interesting ggmf.... My record was previously full but when i check today to see if my class 2 payment had updated my 22/23 entry I noticed my 97/98 record now states no payments! I have as copy by off my SAR which clearly shows the payments for that year. Should i chase this with them. I retire in 3 years and it says i have 3 years left to pay to get full pension.

    Yes, not least because it could uncover other issues.
    Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

    I am in the same boat and others have reported this also
