Solis force discharge?

asking for a friend - is there a way to set the solis inverter, to force discharge to grid ie. it is currently paying a good export rate, i want to dump my battery to grid…

is this possible? anyone know how if so? there are plenty of solis owners on here i think!

I’m also trying to work this out to take advantage of the Octoplus energy saving windows

. I have my batteries charging overnight on a regaular charge. On the knverter screen I can also see a discharge time - is this what I need to set?

Our installer pointed us towards this info. It's concentrating on how to import, but you can see where you need to put the discharge times. It was fiddly for the first couple of attempts but is easy now. Just keep an eye on the Solis app to check it's importing/exporting when you want it to. Don't forget to change the Optimal income line to Off if you no longer wish to follow the times, otherwise the inverter reads this as something you want to do every day.  It's possible to do the same thing via the app, but I find programming on the Inverter easy enough now.
