Sorry if this is posted before but can anyone tell me where I stand. Ive managed to run up £850 in late payment and for letters over a 3 year loan, theyre charged at £25 per time which is ridiculous. I'm self employed so often cashflow gets a bit misstimed and things end up late. Wasnt till I asked to work out the remainder which was 3 more standard payments + £850 in charges to be paid after. This seems outragious to me so where do I stand legally?, do these charges come under the same rules as bank/credit card charges. Seem ridiculous. thanks in advance.
