UU my Lacura Vitamin C Brightening Cleanser today. It lasted ages and I absolutely loved it so I'd already bought another tube when I found it in stock in Aldi, as it's so hard to get hold of.

lianne1984 I really hope it clears up soon, and it wasn't the palette that you like- that would be very sad!! :-(

A few UUs from the weekend for me:
    • Pantene Grow Strong Shampoo with Biotin and Bamboo:  Yeah, nice, I'd buy it again.  Don't know whether it made my hair grow or be stronger or anything like it says it does, but cleans my hair and doesn’t leave it dry.
    • Sure Antiperspirant roll-on - Invisible Aqua: Warmer now so can use a roll-on as it doesn't take as long to dry.  WBA, as they last longer than a can, and better than aerosols for the environment?
    • Mad About Skin- Got You Covered Super Serum: Yep, love this, got many great ingredients, and I find it quite moisturising.  Already have my replacement delivered to my partners work, and he should be picking it up today <3  Already listed this on here earlier as an IN, so don't need to add it as a new in as I was a bit pre-emptive reporting my purchase!

    2 more UUs

ELF Camo Hydrating Concealer.  I'm on my last tube/bottle now.  Will repurchase when done as it's cheap and works.

Australian Gold SPF sample.  I tried this on my face at first but it stung so I used it on my body over the weekend.  Had it not stung I would have repurchased it as the scent is lovely.

I did throw away an old highlighter this morning - Laura Geller Ballerina.  I'd pulled it out to put in rotation however it keeps getting hard pan.  It's just too old I think.  I have other highlighters though I don't wear highlighter very often so think I'll do the same with them - rotate in for about 10 uses and if not liking will throw them away also.

Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I've got an awful feeling it was the palette as it hasn't cleared up and still been quite irritated  :| so I've stopped using it so I guess we'll see in a few days!

    UU
    • BIG Tresemme shampoo- Luxurious Moisture: Finally!  HUGE bottle, took forever.  My husb was using this, and I also started decanting some of it into the bathroom handsoap bottle when we ran out of that, to use it up a bit quicker.  Going to get a shampoo bar I think for husbs next, as he will appreciate the lack of plastic.
    Throw Away

    • Sally Hansen- Double Duty Base and Top Coat: Painted my nails Saturday night.  Didn’t do any washing up or anything. Sunday, three whole nails of polish literally just popped clean off my nails.  One minute there, next minute- I had three completely polish-free nails.  This is going in the bin, cos I KNOW the polish I used is good.
    • Sugarpill liquid lipstick- in Trinket:  from PP list
    • Jackie's Hen Do Lip Balm x 2: from pp list
After my lip allergy thing, I'm just going to bin some of the old lip products now tbh, like that Trinket, and Jackie's Hen Do lipbalms from my PP list as both are v old.  Have a few more old lip products I'll get rid of, once I go through the stash.  I will roll in two other products so that I am still aiming for 23 gone.

    INs
Nail polish related, cos I have been v unimpressed with that basecoat/topcoat and fed up of my nails immediately chipping!
    • ORLY Bonder - Nail Polish Rubber Basecoat:  High hopes for this.  One of my fave nail polish Youtubers recommended these two top and base coats, so gonna give them a go!  Replacement
    • ORLY Shining Armour - Polish Topcoat: replacement.
    • A England Bram Stoker and the Count Nail Polish Collection in Bat Wings:  100% did not need this, it was a want.  Holo grey-black, looks stunning, and I love Dracula/vampires- I HAD to!
    • A England Bram Stoker and the Count Nail Polish Collection in Transylvania:  Saphire blue holo- I mean, I'm going to Transylvania in June as part of my holliday, c'mon!

Updated PP list for 2023- picked 23 for 23, so 10 down already!
    1. Simple Protect 'N' Glow Radiance Booster SPF30
    2. BIG Tresemme shampoo: a never ending storrrrrrrrr-orrry!  Also using this as liquid hand soap.
    3. No 7 Resurfacing Peel: I WILL at least try this on my knees and feet this month!!!
    4. The Body Shop: Vitamin E Skin Cooling Gel Mist
    5. Tony Moly - The Chok Chok Green Tea Watery Skin toner- using as body toner since it is quite fragranced.
    6. The Body Shop- Aloe Calming Toner
    7. Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Toner
    8. Jackie's Hen Do Lip Balm x 2
    9. Vaseline Cocoa Radiant Body Oil
    10. Elf Jelly Pop Glow Stick: nice but I've had it a while and it's a creamy stick, so should use it up
    11. LilyLolo Mineral Blush- Beach Babe: for some reason I ordered a few of these over time, clearly not realising I already owned it- *doh* and I don't love the colour that much, so would like at least one gone from my stash
    12. LilyLolo Mineral Blush- Goddess: a deeper more rusty rose red colour, doesn't hugely suit me.
    13. Benefit Gogo Tint: bright cherry lip n cheek tint.  Might last a hundred years as you don't need much of it, and I can't see how much is in the bottle.
    14. Sugarpill liquid lipstick- in Trinket:  keep thinking this is almost done.  And then it isn't!
    15. Simple- Detox & Brighten Clay Mask:  new addition to PP list.
    16. Sugarpill loose eyeshadow in Absinthe:  new addition.  A sparkly green, of which I have many and when I just swatched my loose ones this was my least favourite, so I am going to work on this one as I have had it a while.

Morning all.  Have been away for the last week and have quite a few UU's to report:

Bayliss & Harding Bubble Bath Mini's x 2: from the advent calendar, did the job

Bayliss & Harding Shower Gel mini: again did the job

The Body Shop Edelweiss Sheet Mask x 2: these were ok, masks didn't really fit my face properly (especially around the mouth) and they dried up pretty quickly.  Got them free with orders so wouldn't go out of my way to buy.

Skin & Me Cleanser mini: was ok, but wouldn't buy (it was another freebie).  It was a creamy cleanser that felt like it stripped my skin.  Will stick with my Jordan Samuel.

Bobbi Brown Instant Long Wear Makeup Remover: another mini size that did the job, prefer my Garnier oil and micellar water for makeup removal though.

Rituals Sakura Foaming Shower Gel: another mini that needed using up.  Liked the scent and the bubbles and kind of kept my skin feeling moisturised.

Caudelie Nourishing Body Lotion: another mini that was ok, wasn't a big fan of the scent though.

Mac Greasepaint Stick in Dirty: used this as part of my makeup for Eurovision festivities and didn't realise that there was only a tiny bit left.  Have saved the packaging in case Mac decide to resurrect some kind of recycling programme.

Have a whole bunch of products that are definitely spluttering and will probably be finished either by the end of the week or certainly by the end of the month.

My expensive Living Proof Dry Shampoo's spray stopped working. Contacted customer services and they advised me to return it to the retailer (TK Maxx). I will do that when I can but mildly annoying. It is however a really good product.

UU - Lancome Youth Activating Concentrate. I use this every now and then, often buying when Christmas gift sets are on offer. I love how light it is and absorbs well, making my skin smooth.

I've seen a few Living Proof products in TK Maxx @asajj so you got a bargain, shame you need to return it though.

Had a few more UU's to report (and still a lot more things spluttering)

Bath & Body Works Vanilla Bean Noel Body Lotion: loved this, left my skin feeling really lovely but its expensive for how much you get.  Might treat myself around Christmas again.

The Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Butter mini: been using this over the last few trips I've been taking and only had a tiny bit left so thought I'd use up.  Does the job.

Lush Jason and the Argan Oil Shampoo Bar: Love the scent, love what it does to my hair.  Have repurchased, enough said.

H2O Sea Salt Conditioner Mini: another travel size that I needed to use up.  Left my hair feeling really soft and still have a massive amount of these to use up from our last disney trip.

Beauty of Joseon Sun Relief Probiotic and Rice SPF 50+: really enjoyed using this, liked the finish it left on my skin and gave me the confidence that I didn't need to wear foundation all the time.  Have replaced with a Nivea one while I wait for a Stylevana order to arrive, but think I might have to repurchase the BoJ one again soon.

Sensodyne Repair and Protect toothpaste: have to use this, does the job, replaced with the last one in the stash.

@ruby_eskimo are you UK based?  If so, you can get the BOJ sunscreen at a few UK K-Beauty sites if you didn't want to wait for Stylevanna!  Skinsider and PureSeoul are great, have used both sites a number of times, and apaz it's also at Sephora UK   Also, good tip for the Jason and the Argans- I might get that one for the husbs shampoo bar, I think it will work for his hair.

    A few UUs:
    • Garnier Micellar Water Facial Cleanser For Sensitive Skin 400ml: HG, repurchased already.
    • The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density 60ml: Not sure this reallly works, so trying something else- got the Umberto Giannini one next- already in stash!
    • Geek & Gorgeous - Happier Barrier moisturiser: Nice, but it feels a bit small (50ml), though I think that's quite an average size, and I think I prefer a thicker face cream at night despite my combo skin.  Might rebuy at some point though as it has some good ingredients (squalane, jojoba, macademia, green tea, allantoin, glycerin), but have some other moisturisers in the stash to use.
    • Facetheory-  Exaglow Serum S10 with Tranexamic Acid, Vitamin C and Liquorice:  I do like this, buuuuuut huge price hikes put me off repurchasing bigtime!  I am trying the Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Tone Brightening Capsule Ampoule as my next tranexamic acid (in stash already)- much more reasonably priced, and a large bottle.  I like it has the soothing centella, and it also has a vit C deriviative, so I'm hoping this will work out nicely.
    Throw Away
    The lip-declutter continues
    • Sample: Tarte Sugar Rush Sugar Coat liquid lip in Cake Pop: Was a freebie with purchase in Aug 2021, and I'm never going to use it, and its old so it's going.
    • Sarah's Nourishing Ginger Lip Balm: Got this from some random village shop a hundred years ago, and on the back it says Best Before/Batch number 301218, so I literally think this should have been used up before 2018….....
    INS
    • Ace Beaute - Flair Palette: I have been wanting this eyeshadow palette for quite a while- it contains my most used colours plus a few extras.  I made a beautiful look with it yday. <3  They literally had it on sale for like $9.99 when its normally more like $30, so it was now or never.  It's the only time I could stomach spending the extortionate shipping charge to the UK when the palette was so discounted.
    • Garnier Micellar Water Facial Cleanser For Sensitive Skin 400ml: replacement
    • Boots Soltan Advanced 8hr Protect Suncare Spray SPF30: Replacement, as I only have last years dregs to finish, and we need some full-strength for holiday (and general life )
    • Sanex Zero Shower Gel (dry skin): Replacement- current one will run out soon (as I'm using it as handwash too since I hate the scent)
    • Sure Antiperspirant roll-on - Invisible Aqua: Replacement, as I used up my last roll-on and in summer I like to use a roll-on as it doesn’t take too long to dry and I figure it must be better than aerosol, and it lasts longer too.
