The best way of Loan  for £25k
please advise which best way

    Loan for what?  To buy her off?  To set yourself up somewhere else?

    Do you have other debts?  Could you get a loan?

    Go for the cheapest option of whichever lenders will accept you.

    to give my share of the flat 
    she work  20hours a week

    Maybe that is something your wife will have to do for herself now?

    She will have to contact some lenders and see what they can advise her and offer her.
