2 years into a 5 year fix with Nationwide and would like to port mortgage
When applying for original mortgage I was employed and now I am self employed ( 1 month ) -
How likely is the porting success?
We have a substantial deposit due to equity in our property and additional savings
Do they perform a complete rechecknof finances , where would I stand as I have only been self employed for 1 month
