I received an email on 25th Apr to say I had won £100, on 26th Apr I received the link to enter my bank details and on 27th an email confirming that they had received my refund request.
On 5th May I received another email stating "We confirm that we have processed your refund request for Unilever" but nothing has appeared in my bank account to date, unless I entered a wrong digit when submitting my account details

I got the confirmation of request 4th May; got the email confirming payment today (sent early hours) and the money is in my account now.
Maybe you need to e-mail and check the details?I need to think of something new here...1 -
