Kiddicare vouchers

Hello, there was a discussion on here a few years ago but now seems to have been taken off. I would be interested to hear from anyone who has managed to get a refund from kiddicare vouchers, unfortunatelty we have £7,000 worth of vouchers and have found them very difficult to use as there isn't suitable venues to redeem them. We put a complaint in and it was denied. Has anyone had any luck and could give any advice please? thank you
