    Thanks everyone I am definitely going to write to them and ask them to write it off. Should I just leave the DMP running until I hear from them or stop it before I write.

    The £90 per month dmp is not affordable. You said you were going to go self-managed so you should stop the stepchange dmp, then ask for write-offs with your present budget, showing how long it would take - ideally showing that income matches expenditure and no payment is possible.

    I managed to get through to SC today and have stopped my DMP so it's up to me now 😳🙀😳 Im going to sort out the last statement I got from PRA then I've got the day off on Thursday so I'm going to write the letter and post it then..... nervous now 😳
