Trading allowance and working from home

As a sole trader who claims the £1000 trading allowance every year, should I also be claiming the WFH tax relief on top of this (I do all of my work from home), or is that only possible if my outgoings exceed £1000 for the year? Thanks!

It’s trading allowance ALONE or actual expenses. If you claim trading allowance you cannot claim anything else!1
