National Trust discount code not working?

Hello folks, 

Following tonight's email and seeing the section about getting a NT code when buying a newspaper, I entered the code ReachPLCFreeAccess (as in the email) into the discount code section of checkout but I'm not getting it to work. System says code is invalid. 

The place I'm booking requires you to pre-book as mentioned in the email. 

Is anyone getting the code ReachPLCFreeAccess to work?

Are you trying to book for one of the excluded dates?

• Monday 1 May
• Saturday 6 May

Hello @gawa75 - that sounds frustrating. Could it be the case that it's an excluded date, as JGB1955 mentions, or could it be one of the excluded sites? If neither of those things fit the problem, would you mind sending me a PM with more details?
