Restart programme bully

Anyone using the restart programme or joining beware. 

Hello, Without going into too many details, I am very concerned about the treatment of some valnerable people at the restart programme, in particular location been visiting for 2 months will not be naming this company already filed a complaint with them with audio evidence this will be forward to Dwp. 

I have been out of work for only 15 months due to having an unspent conviction and am desperate for any help I can get of the restart programme. The issues I have are based on the advisors communication skills and lack of it, with their clients they shout and force people into doing job vacancies down their throats so upsetting this is causing great harm and mental illness towards people health on the long run. 

I attended a face to face meeting today with my sales advisor all she cares about is targets and manager happened to be sitting next to us. When I raised my concerns regarding communication the manager made herself known and several sensitive private issues were discussed which really should have been done in a private room, not surrounded by other employees and clients. Looking back, I could have used my own initiative and asked if there was anywhere more private we could have talked, but I was very upset surely the manager should suggested this.

My sales advisor will not take down any notes retarding my issues she too busy trying to flog me courses and any jobs so she can obtain her bonuses and call it job done sometimes she would call me up and telling me about a job vacancy miles away no form of public transport if I mention the word NO she would rage into a "Narc" 
Even throwing threats of sanctions and personal abuse at me she only accepts the word "Maybe" "Yes" hand to put down the phone on her a couple times.
How is this allowed they could be dealing with people with all Kind of mental health issues but sending a disabled person to work at 4am without anyone form of public transport that is completely evil for the sake of bonus money.

I have complained twice to the manager of the restart programme branch they just brush it off and take sides with the advisor saying matter is resolved case closed anyone receiving the same treatment please speak out seeing plenty negative feedback on Trustpilot with all restart companies from ingeus, reeds, seetec and Maximus please have a read.

Since your advisor and the manager aren’t interested in your concerns one option is to make an official complaint.

The website of the company running the Restart programme in your area should have details on how to make an official complaint.

Will be building a case against the branch both video/telephone calls etc etc and forwarding the evidence to DWP and my local mp and also be seeking legal advice let them do the proceedings against the company with court cases both manager and the company complaints department cannot be trusted at all with any confidential information.

Recently find out the manager who took my complaint report a few weeks ago wasn't a manager at the branch he has nothing to do with it basically lied to me trying to get the case closed.

I very much doubt that they (or anyone else) will take legal action against the company. It is more likely that the bully will be disciplined, and monitored, and then dismissed if they don't change their behaviour.

I have had also an unpleasant experience with them in Hammersmith Triangle, in London. My advisors were changed three times and except the first one all others were so ignorant in regards to correspondence. They are treating people like the funding is from their own pocket. I have got an employment offer for police translation which required NVVP3 clearance, for £300. Technically Restart is supposed to pay that, but they ran with so much red herring and ignored my correspondence, and now I have taken the complain to stage 3, and still no response. They are hoping I get exhausted and give up.
