As explained previously, it is unrealistic to think that an old pension plan from decades ago, can be operated easily on line like a new plan that was set up in this digital era.Rich1976 said:I echo what the others have said. There are a few with excellent service standards to choose from.These dinosaur insurance companies have had years to sort their processes out. No companies these days should be reliant on paper transactions.
However this does not excuse poor customer service, losing documents, not replying to queries etc1
