Coronation tickets and "winning" the ballot today

Did anyone else get a congratulations you won't the ballot ticket but then couldn't get tickets?? 

Can't believe this.

    Yes, same with me.  No tickets available.  I did not see the email until 1pm, so perhaps I/we were too slow off the mark.

    Disgusting from Ticketmaster - I also had the email stating "Congratulations, you have been successful in the ballot for a pair of standing tickets to The Coronation Concert, At Windsor Castle on Sunday 7 May 2023. " Looking at social media hundreds of people got the same email.  
    Thought it was allocated on a ballot and not first come first served.  So disappointed .

    Some people on twitter booked flights and hotels before releasing that the tickets do not exist !!!

    Yes, same here…I have a suspicion it was sent in error and they’re covering their backs with regard to “missing out”. Bad form 👎🏽

    the disappointment was quite something. As I enter so many competitions I'm always on the alert with a congraulations! so this just made it worse for me i think

     Me too, clicked the link within 5 minutes and all gone, then another email from ticketmaster confirming the tickets has 'sold out'
