Am in Shared owner ship

HI
I have the above which will be selling shortly due to personal reasons thus wanted to ask if I would be able to get a Mortgage for another flat again and share ownership
And what information would be required to get a rough idea of the amount of the mortgage and the  repayment on monthly as I will be paying rent and service for the flat
TIA

No reason why you won't be able to use SO again as long as your income doesn't exceed the maximum. To calculate affordability, information needed by a broker;-

    Gross price
    Share to be purchased
    Mortgage amount
    Income
    Commitments
    Term
    Rent
    Ground rent/Service Charge.

The Housing Associations who deal in shared ownership property often have brokers they work with regularly. If you have a property or development in mind, check out the HA's usual brokers.
