Convert Edenred reward vouchers to Amazon?

My employer gives out Edenred vouchers instead of any sort of bonus - you are given a code and can go to the Edenred website and buy gift cards for various retailers such as tescos, curry’s, ikea, etc and a lot of smaller ones - none that I have any interest in so the vouchers are mounting up and not being used at the moment.
Ideally, I would like to use them to buy amazon vouchers, which cannot be done directly, so I was wondering if it is possible to buy supermarket vouchers and then go to the store and use them to buy Amazon gift cards? 

Possible? And if so, any idea which supermarket would be most suitable?

You cannot buy third party gift cards with Tesco or Asda gift cards so unlikely elsewhere.
