Hubby has just received the blue/white forms for a CCJ from NR.
We are with payplan,so we filled in the parts they said too,and sent it priority post to payplan.
As payplan will be closed for a week over christmas ,what will happen as the forms have to be back to NR within 14 days?

They've got me as well. Wonder if we can claim back the £1800 they reckon they've cost each of us by going bust.

Thank you for all the replys. It's within 14 days,and i'm assuming it's from the date on the forms which was the 18th December.I've been in touch with payplan,but no reply as yet.
