Santander remortgage timescales

Morning!
I've just started seeing deals on the app to remortgage with Santander. It might be a good option this time as I'm currently under redundancy and not sure when I'll be in a new post. We have good LTV so deals look ok compared to what is around.
Does anyone know the timescales of remortgaging with a direct deal from them?
And, also, how often are the deals likely to be updated (it may be I have to just keep checking).
We have to keep the mortgage until early September as it has a EPC of 5K!
