Salary Finance won't take my loan repayments!
Hi there.
I left my employer last June and notified Salary Finance.
I have Direct Debit details on file with them to switch my monthly repayment from salary to DD, and one payment was successfully taken by DD post-leaving.
In August 2022 I lost access to my account which took months for them to resolve (with no explanation why it had happened), and now my account with them shows payments overdue. The debt is live on my credit file but just shows zero payments since August. No defaults etc.
Since August 2022 they've not taken any money from me despite me trying repeatedly to get them to address and resolve this. Every month the account shows a DD payment is due to be taken "next month" , but the due date passes and it just rolls on a month.
I have spoken to them several times by phone and email with promises of resolution; and also emailed their complaints department twice, with no response.
It's like they don't want their money back! What do you recommend as my next steps to resolving this please?
Thank you.

Have you followed their complaints procedure ?If so you can take your complaint to the FOS after 8 weeks.

I have, but they've not responded (twice).
I'll try again once more then escalate to the ombudsman I think.
Thank you.0
