P55 Online Question Help

I wouldn't be concerned. The system has deteriorated post Covid - but it is still working (albeit more slowly).
If you have a Reference then it has been received and will be dealt with. My last P55 reclaim never appeared in the "check progress" section of my online account - but the tax refund due popped into my Bank unannounced.
If you see my post of a couple of months ago on here - my P55 reclaim timelines (from my online submission to HMRC processing) have gone from 2 weeks to 4 to 8 over the last 3 tax years.0 -

The agent was able to glance through my submission as well and said it all looks in order, so let’s see what happens!

Just to back up your experience.
my recent P55 claim (Submitted about a week before yours) still has not appeared in the ‘check progress’ area, though I have received an emailed ref number, so assume it’s in the works. Previous years have always seen it appear in ‘check progress’ within a day or so and I usually receive the refund within 2-3 weeks.
your query on ‘Q2 Do you expect to receive any pension income’. I have always put ‘no’ in here, then I will ensure I get the full refund on the lump sum payment. I have taken this to mean any regular monthly pension income. If you do another lump sum payment the tax can be dealt with in the same way as the first one. Moot point for me as I only tend to do one lump sum withdrawal a year anyway.0 -
