    Thanks. I checked them out and they appear to be a genuine company that buys debt, but their only method of communication has been via email or their portal.
    Quite possibly a genuine company but the messages might not be - could be a scammer impersonating the company to stir up concern and obtain information on individuals.  Even the response "I have no debt" might be helpful to a scammer.
