Awaiting Valuation report. Over 5 working days.

Hello, I don't know how to trace the stage at which my mortgage offer is with Barclays. I was supposed to get valuation report yesterday, being the 5th working day, yet nothing till now. What can I do? Barclays says they're awaiting the report from the Valuer and I don't know the valuer

If the valuation isn't back yet it's probably because the surveyor is trying to obtain more information, such as a copy of the UKF Disclosure Of Incentives form on a newbuild, remaining lease or ground rent/service charge on a flat, method of construction etc

Give us a clue - newbuild, subsequent purchase, remortgage, house, flat etc?

I don't think you will get a copy of the mortgage valuation. Only a few lenders give those to clients and I don't think Barclays are one of them

This. You will just be told that the house either matches the valuation or doesn't. You wont see what the surveyor reports on. You would need to commission your own survey for detail on the house.
