Hello, I don't know how to trace the stage at which my mortgage offer is with Barclays. I was supposed to get valuation report yesterday, being the 5th working day, yet nothing till now. What can I do? Barclays says they're awaiting the report from the Valuer and I don't know the valuer

If the valuation isn't back yet it's probably because the surveyor is trying to obtain more information, such as a copy of the UKF Disclosure Of Incentives form on a newbuild, remaining lease or ground rent/service charge on a flat, method of construction etc
Give us a clue - newbuild, subsequent purchase, remortgage, house, flat etc?I am a mortgage broker. I don't think you will get a copy of the mortgage valuation. Only a few lenders give those to clients and I don't think Barclays are one of them0
