Anyone Having problems with First4Solar (Leeds)

Anyone else having problems with First4Solar not responding re orders;

We ordered and paid our deposit in June 2022 - still waiting for panels etc to be fitted.

Daughter ordered and paid deposit in September 2022 - still waiting.

Looking on Trustpilot and google reviews it appears the were ok until the end of 2021.

Hopefully you both paid by credit card and can claim the money back.

My install was with them - their problem is communication and planning correctly - you need to chase constantly but it will happen it's just when!

Hmmmm......I got a quote from them when I was looking. Glad I chose to go elsewhere.

If you're Barnsley side of Leeds I can suggest a couple of installers to try

I've used Leeds Solar who were excellent (not to be confused with a glazing company in Kent with a similar name!)

we are in Hampshire - but they were offering the best deal at the time and were very helpful for initial couple of weeks until survey was done.

Think it's time to get refunds and start again with quotes.

Leeds Solar were recommended by friends in Wakefield who were very happy with them. They closed their order book because they got more work than they could handle.
