Best lender to apply from for personal loan

Asking for a friend.

My friend is working through agency and wants to take out a personal loan.

His hours and pay do wary substantially between the different months, therefore to maximise the amount available to borrow, ideally he would need a lender that would look at the last one or two months of salaries as opposed to longer period.

Any suggestions?

  • Choose one of the ones that come towards the top of an eligibility checker.

Then repeat the process with that lender's own eligibility checker if available.

If your ‘friend’ is attempting to borrow money knowing that his income may change for the worse in the future without declaring that then he would be misleading the lender and therefore committing an offence.

I would encourage your ‘friend’ to have a good think about whether he really needs this loan, whether he could use savings to purchase the goods/services he intends to purchase or whether he has time to put aside enough savings to avoid borrowing.
If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.
