Onepoll BACS info

It’s been a while since I cashed out on Onepoll and cannot remember whether you have to give them your bank details each time. Or is it stored from earlier cash outs? I recently downloaded their App which so far I have found rather glitchy. I also used this for the first time to cash out. In the past I have received an email confirming it but not had anything this time. Nor replies to an email sent. Though it is listed as £25 pending when I view the site on their web site. Also I got an email from them saying that I hadn’t been active on their site for some time. And they would deactivate my account if they don’t hear from me by the 31st March! As the email was received in mid April and I have done surveys regularly that doesn’t make sense. When I clicked on the link in the email it took me to their US site anyway! How are others finding it?

I've been a member of OnePoll for several years, and it's one of my favourite survey sites.
If you regularly log in during the day there are often short surveys which can be completed.
The app isn't very intuitive, but I've successfully claimed rewards using it, though always choose Paypal for payment rather than BACS payments. These have always been sent within a few weeks.
Recently, using the app, I had to choose UK rather than US, not sure whether it was due to an update but it was straightforward to do.
If you are still experiencing problems, try messaging them on Facebook, they are usually very good.

Did the PayPal payment have any charge taken off it? As I have had that before with some survey sites. I also find with Onepoll I sometimes get a cookie size too great error on surveys and end up having to delete all cookies to get it to work again. This has only effected Onepoll!0
