Error in National insurance record.

Hi folks,

My partner has received carers credit since 2020, but Ni credits since then are not showing in her government gateway Ni record, so I think she will need to write in, as it seems it's impossible to get through on phone.

A google brought this up for address, is this correct?

"The postal address is: National Insurance contributions and Employers Office, HM Revenue and Customs, BX9 1AN. VAT: telephone 0300 200 3700 or textphone 0300 200 3719. Lines are open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and are closed weekends and bank holidays."

Thanks a lot for clarification.

That is the correct NI helpdesk info.
It is a known problem for these credits not being applied.  DWP / HMRC are working on it.  As long as she has records to prove her eligibility and is not needing access to anything that relies on these credits I would be tempted to leave it until after July when the extended state pension cut off happens and hopefully the contact lines will have some pressure taken off of them.
