The prize:
The winner and guest will stay for two nights in a deluxe room at Northcote, the gastronomic hotel in Lancashire that has held its Michelin star for 27 years. Central to its continuing success has been the imaginative and adventurous cooking of Lisa Goodwin-Allen, and the prize includes a five-course gourmet menu dinner for two, with a specially selected wine flight. Also included is a tour of the kitchen and cooked-to-order breakfasts on both mornings.
In between, the winner and guest can investigate the artisan food producers of the Ribble Valley and walk the wild hills of the Forest of Bowland.
The prize must be taken before October 16, 2023, subject to availability and excluding public holidays and special event days at Northcote.
