Hi
Hope this is posted in the correct place. Does anyone have any ideas where i can get a camcorder at a reasonable price. i know the ones with the mini tapes are a lot cheaper, but i want one with that you put DVDs in. Any help would be hugely appreciated. Thank you so much.

I have a DVD cam corder, a Sony and that is
the make I'd recommend. I actually dropped my camera in a stream and I let it dry for a week and it works great still!
I'd advise looking for optical zoom over digital zoom.
Most Sony Camcorders have an "Night shot" mode which fires infrared light out and shows up as green at night on quite close objects.
High-Def camcorders are a bit expensive unless you are a semi pro or have lots of cash to flash about, in my opinion. Mini DV are an outdated technology though.
I'd spend around £200 on a camcorder, discs from 7dayshop.com aren't that expensive either or you could use svp.co.uk0 -
