Underpaid pension

Hello,
I followed Martin’s advice about checking for an underpaid state pension for my late mother. I logged my query two years ago and every time I call to chase I am fobbed off and moved from department to department all claiming it’s not for them to deal with.
Has anyone else had a problem and do you know who I can complain and follow this up with please.
Thanks
j

It is going to take years for them to go through all the cases. Priority is rightly being put on those that are still alive. They will get round to deceased cases eventually.
