2 Mortgage providers?

Hello
Im currently on the Standard variable rate for my mortgage as my house is up for sale - I have found a mortgage  with a lower interest rate with no redemption if I leave early (thats if I sell my house) - but it will only cover some of my existing mortgage - my question is can you have 2 mortgage providers?

    Not in the way you are talking.
    It is possible but it would be a mortgage and a secured loan. A secured loan is more expensive meaning any savings will be reduced.
