Hi Guys
This morning i checked the Insolvency Service website and i was discharged on Monday that has made my day well infact xmas, Next year is a whole fresh start.
Help please on what i need to do next, ie check my credit reports and get them updated, can i get the discharge notice from court without paying the £60 is there a exemption form at all?
Many thanks and Merry xmas and a Happy New Year x:j

Congratulations. That is great news!. :j:j
An extra Happy Xmas and New Year.
The conditions for exemption of the fee for the certificate are the same as those for the original BR court fee (as is the form). Although these have changed since you went BR.
