It’s satisfied and 2 years old. £1000.
All other credit perfect.

Accord have this system where if you fail on criteria but you pass the credit check, they can still issue an offer.
Its only a new feature so I do not have any experience of it personally. I would have some confidence though, it seems like a waste of a process if they do not follow through with it - unless there are other issues not picked up on the credit check.
Will you update us? I say this a lot, but I come on here to learn as much as I do help so it would be interesting to hear how you get on.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. The broker should have mentioned it and it should have been picked up on the credit check so I would be surprised if they did not know about it.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
