Accord have this system where if you fail on criteria but you pass the credit check, they can still issue an offer.
Its only a new feature so I do not have any experience of it personally. I would have some confidence though, it seems like a waste of a process if they do not follow through with it - unless there are other issues not picked up on the credit check.

Will you update us? I say this a lot, but I come on here to learn as much as I do help so it would be interesting to hear how you get on.

The broker knew and she’s highly recommended.

The broker should have mentioned it and it should have been picked up on the credit check so I would be surprised if they did not know about it.
