Will it go through to full offer as didn’t think accord accepted ccjs.
It’s satisfied and 2 years old. £1000.
All other credit perfect.

Accord have this system where if you fail on criteria but you pass the credit check, they can still issue an offer.
Its only a new feature so I do not have any experience of it personally. I would have some confidence though, it seems like a waste of a process if they do not follow through with it - unless there are other issues not picked up on the credit check.
Will you update us? The broker should have mentioned it and it should have been picked up on the credit check so I would be surprised if they did not know about it.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
