Also worth noting that SW customer service and website functionality is not great . They have been doing some upgrades, which will hopefully help as some customers have been effectively shut out of their accounts during the upgrade.1

This explains how, when i log in to Halifax banking, why i also see SW pension details there too.An alternative view is that SW are owned by Lloyds.......0
