    Also worth noting that SW customer service and website functionality is not great . They have been doing some upgrades, which will hopefully help as some customers have been effectively shut out of their accounts during the upgrade.

    Thanks - i think i must have been one of the lucky with SW - site always works and customer service has been ok, although i've never requested anything too difficult from them  :smile:

    An alternative view is that SW are owned by Lloyds.......  


    This explains how, when i log in to Halifax banking, why i also see SW pension details there too.
