Hi there

Sorry if this is a basic question but I've been out of the UK for 3 years and haven't really had much communication regarding banking and what not..

I have a very good cash flow biz that is doing about 5,000gbp+ per month profit... but there's maybe triple that coming in and out for costs and what not..

So I was thinking that must look good - maybe not.. I'm not sure...

It's just recently decreased to 4,000gbp per month and I need to try get together 30,000gbp for a renovation project

Is there any ideas? Options?

I'm clueless on this... do I need to just wait and save :)

Thanks

So what's happening to the £4k or £5k oer month profit that you are already making? Is this available for funding the renovation, or is it retained n a ltd company, given that you are turning over something in excess of £180k pa? Which means that you must also be paying VAT?
I'd be surprised if you're still a small trader at that level of t/o.
