This is one of the reasons why I stopped using Precise.
We had cases declined where everything fit criteria. It was frustrating as I always felt it made us look bad.
My opinion is that Precise are good for one off issues. As soon as you mix a few things together they are not very good.
In your case I imagine it will be the combination of the adverse, the increase in hours (fear you may reduce your hours back down once you get your mortgage) and change in circumstances.
My personal view is that I would never have sent this to Precise because there are too many things going on. In fact of all the specialist lenders, Precise is the one lender I would have avoided. That being said, I would not blame your broker too much. If they do not do a lot of adverse, it is an easy mistake to make.
There should be other lenders though.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
