Mortgage help

Hi,
I don't quite know where to start, in short my ex husband managed to fraudulently cash in my endowment policy in around 2004-2005, he was subsequently arrested for other fraud in my name but no charges were ever brought. However one credit card company took me to court and a charge was put onto my property, I then attended court and the judge ruled in my favour. I then sent off the copy of the ruling to the land registry, but they claim they never received the information.
I have tried getting in touch with the court but they have said as it was so long ago they cannot trace the original documents, this means that I cannot get the charge removed from my home!!! I need to re-mortgage my home so that I can pay off the endowment part ( which is up in June 2024) but Lloyds bank will not allow me to do this as there is a charge on the property, I also need to fix my rate as my mortgage has already gone up almost £200 a month and is becoming unmanageable! Do you have any advice please/ I have tried the Citizens advice bureau previously and they were unable to help.
