Hello everyone
I purchased my property Sept 2022 on a 2 year deal. I am looking to possibly go self employed in the coming months which would only give me around a years accounts on file. I am aware you need 2 years accounts in most cases when getting a mortgage. What implication will this have on my situation? Has anyone any experience with this is I have not found anything online thus far so any advice is appreciated.

If you are just getting a new deal with your existing provider for the amount you have remaining it will likely make no difference at all, it would only matter if you were looking to change provider, borrow more, or alter the term remaining.francis0990 said:Hello everyone
