  • Don't ring them and waste YOUR phone bill, let them ring you.
Then tell them you'll only communicate in writing :)

well i did try but was just on hold for ages so i gave up. never actually spoke to anyone. i'm just curious as to which creditor they represent??
My first cccs payments go out tomorrow to all my creditors so i hope things will settle down a bit then.
  • i left a message for them to phone me, i heard nothing as yet. i think its something to do with my defualted Egg account.
  • My Capital One credit card account went to NCO when I missed payments.
They were good at agreeing to reduced payments and these were ok til I started my DMP with CCCS. I haven't heard anything from them since. Did tend to get quite a few letters from them tho, asking me to call them all the time. I just ignored these without a problem and kept up with the reduced amount.;)

  • One more thing

I had a run in with NCO last year courtesy of Paypal...

You might get a post card through the door telling you a P Brown is going to call to discuss matters further

It's a little trick they use to try and get you to call them and/or pay up

Ignore it, it's another empty threat these companies use to try and scare you into paying up.

CCCS are great at dealing with "persistent" callers all you have to do is tell them CCCS are acting on your behalf regarding payments and to contact them.

    Good luck !
Proud to be dealing with my debts
