Broker recommendation?

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a broker who specialises in getting six times income or guarantor type mortgages? We’ve found Tembo and Gen Home who can offer this service but no brokers who seem to specialise in this area. Any help appreciated. We either need just under six times our current income or a variable mortgage using my sister as a “booster” for up to one year until one of us gets promoted (should happen soon but not confirmed quite yet). Other options I guess are doing interest only but we are not too keen on this.

Thanks so much!

Any broker that specialises completely in that particular niche wouldn't be in business very long.  It is not big enough to be a business model.   However, a good number of small independent brokers would have the skillset and tools to handle unusual cases.   Forget the nationals.  They like to cherry pick the easy stuff.

Thanks so much. How do I find a good independent broker? Much appreciated.
  • We are struggling to find a broker who can secure us 5.5 times our joint income. We have only found one so far. Any recommendations for how we find a good independent broker for this? Thanks so much.

Why not go with the one you have?
Sounds like he/she is decent if they have found something the others have not.
